Ripley is a conversational robot that is able to create a model of the world and comunicate with the human counterpart about the past, present and future states of the world. This robot was doctoral thesis of Nikos Mavridis at MIT. Nikos gave us the whole source code to this robot and we recompiled it to recent Linux system. We also developed copy of the original arm from Dynamixel motors. Right now our students are creating novel version of Ripley based on some recent machine learning techniques.
